For brand and marketing teams

Bring everyone working on the brand closer to the content.

Bring brand resources, drafts and the publishing plan into your team’s shared workspace. Follow preparation, review and publishing status together as people contribute within their responsibilities.

More than one person brings an announcement to life

One person prepares the first copy, another checks the product information, and the publishing lead organizes the calendar. Astramio brings those contributions around the brand resources and the post itself. User access and permissions are configured to reflect team responsibilities.

Begin with shared brand knowledge

Product descriptions, audience information, brand voice and visual direction live in the same workspace. While Mio draws on your resources to prepare copy and image drafts, the team can focus on the campaign’s purpose and story.

For a new announcement, you contribute the product changes, campaign emphasis and current information. Shared resources provide the first draft’s foundation; you keep them current as the brand develops.

Consider feedback beside the post

The person checking product details and the person reviewing the wording work from the same draft. Feedback stays beside the post, and the user with approval permission makes the approval decision.

The brand’s mandatory approval setting supports a review process before publishing. Content access, approval and publishing are separate permissions, so you can organize responsibilities around those distinctions.

Connect the publishing plan to the results conversation

Team members with social media access can follow content being prepared and scheduled in the calendar. Scheduling and publishing require the relevant account connection and permission. Automatic publishing is available for supported accounts and formats on Professional and higher plans.

After publishing, explore the social performance data available from connected accounts. Use those results to discuss which topics to continue and which ideas to develop in the next team meeting.

One post, reviewed by the team

See the same post’s review status alongside its publishing plan. Review status and the calendar provide different, complementary information about the content.

Finding the right setup for your team

Can different people have different permissions?

Yes. Configure access and action permissions around each person’s responsibilities. Content access, approval and publishing are managed separately.

Can we require approval before publishing for our brand?

Yes. In team mode, the brand’s mandatory approval setting routes posts to approval. Users without direct publishing permission use that route too. Sending for approval does not publish the content.

How does the brand guide contribute to the first draft?

Mio draws on the brand resources you add when preparing content. The team reviews and edits the draft alongside current product information and the campaign’s purpose.
