Calendar and Publishing

Keep the week’s content in view.

Plan prepared content on one calendar and follow what is waiting and what has been published. Automatic publishing is available for supported accounts and formats on Professional and higher plans.

See the week around each post

A product announcement is planned for Tuesday, with a reminder later in the week. The calendar lets you see which content belongs to which account and consider posts still being prepared alongside the publishing plan.

Connected accounts, a post’s publishing time and the queue by channel. Sample data.

Give prepared content a place in the plan

The calendar can be useful before a post is finished. Prepare text and media as a draft and consider the content in the context of the week. You can look at other planned topics while developing the next piece.

Creating a draft does not require a connected social account. Scheduling, queueing and publishing do require the relevant connected account and publishing permission; team approval follows brand settings and user permissions.

Consider the account and timing together

Choose the destination account and the version prepared for that channel, then set a date and time. The publishing queue can place content in the next available publishing slot. These options let you consider the week’s publishing rhythm while choosing when an individual post should go out.

For supported accounts and formats, Astramio sends the post for publishing at the scheduled time. Being able to connect an account does not mean every content format on that platform supports direct publishing.

Follow what actually happened

Knowing the publishing outcome matters as much as seeing the weekly plan. Publishing statuses help you distinguish content that has gone out from posts that need your attention.

Identify posts that could not be published and review the error details to see which ones need attention. A scheduled post has not necessarily been published successfully; read its status alongside the plan.

How can I choose a publishing time?
