Brand Memory
Stop introducing your brand with every new post.
Bring your brand voice, products and visual identity into a shared resource. Mio draws on that knowledge when preparing content, so you do not have to rebuild the same brand brief with every request.
A new campaign, a familiar brand
Your resources explain what the product offers, who it is for and how the brand communicates. Your new request can focus on the campaign’s specific message, while Mio draws on relevant brand information to prepare the draft.
Give scattered resources a shared home
A product presentation, a tone guide and a website description each explain a different part of your brand. Bringing documents, written notes, visuals and website content together creates a resource you can draw on when preparing content.
Your brand identity is part of that foundation too: who you speak to, what you offer and how you want to look. The next post can begin with more than the short request you write that day.
Give Mio the knowledge behind the idea
Mio uses relevant brand information as context when preparing a draft. Your new request describes the campaign’s purpose, while brand knowledge explains the product and communication style.
For image generation, you can also select reference images. Storing an image as a resource and adding it as a reference to a generation request are different actions. Review product information, tone and visual details before publishing.
Let the resources develop with the brand
New products, changing audiences and an updated brand voice can all become part of your resources. Keeping the relevant documents and notes current gives future content work a more useful foundation.
When you work with several brands, each has its own sources. Team access to those resources is managed through user permissions, so access can reflect each person’s responsibilities.
About your brand knowledge
Do I need all my documents ready before starting?
No. You can provide the context for your first piece of content in the request itself and add resources over time. Brand Memory reduces the need to rewrite information you use repeatedly.
Will updating a source change existing content?
Updating a source does not rewrite existing drafts or published posts. Review any content that relied on the old information separately.
Is my brand information used for model training?
According to our privacy policy, Astramio does not train or fine-tune models for other customers using your prompts, brand knowledge base or outputs. Information needed to fulfil a request may be shared with AI providers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
