For agencies and social media professionals
A different world for every client. A familiar way to work.
Moving between clients changes the brand knowledge, content and publishing plan. Astramio lets you work within each brand’s own workspace, with a familiar process from creation to review.
More than one brand in the same day
You might prepare a restaurant campaign in the morning and a software announcement in the afternoon. Products, audiences and language change. You need a way to make room for each client’s details while keeping a consistent content process.
Start with the right client’s knowledge
Each brand’s documents, notes, visuals and identity form its own resources. When you select the client you are working on, content preparation follows that brand’s context. Mio draws on the selected brand’s resources when preparing drafts too.
Moving from a restaurant campaign to a software announcement changes the product details, audience and brand voice. Work with the selected client’s resources to develop the new brief in that brand’s context.
Keep your agency team’s feedback alongside the draft
The agency members preparing and reviewing content work around the same post. Team feedback stays alongside the draft, and users with approval permission make decisions on pending content.
Then work with the client’s connected accounts and publishing calendar. Publishing requires the relevant connection and permission. Automatic publishing is available for supported accounts and formats on Professional and higher plans.
Have the results conversation client by client
When considering a client’s results, review the performance data available from that brand’s connected accounts. Period and channel context help make the conversation about the content plan more concrete.
Prepare PDF exports within your subscription’s report allowance. Bring observations into the next campaign ideas, so the discussion includes both published work and the questions shaping the next plan.
A closer look at one client’s workspace
Seeing brand resources together makes it easier to understand the information behind a new content request. Move to another client and work with that brand’s own resources.
Evaluating Astramio for your agency
Are all clients grouped under one brand?
No. Each brand has its own resources and content context. Brand and team capacity depend on your subscription.
Can we start before the client’s social accounts are ready?
Yes. Prepare brand resources and save drafts containing text and media. Account connections are required for scheduling, queueing and publishing.
Can everyone on the team perform the same actions?
You can configure permissions around responsibilities. Resource access, social media access, approval and publishing are separate permissions.
